Breaker Strength Coaching Agreement
Coaching is a collaborative process between client and coach. Breaker’s coaches strive to help you define and attack your limitations with knowledge and compassion.
By entering into this agreement, the Breaker Coach and Client acknowledges the Client's desire to make a positive impact on their own health & wellness. Your continued membership serves as an agreement to adhere to the following Coaching Agreement.
Any issues directly related to Breaker’s Coaching Agreement should be forwarded to Thom@BreakerStrength.com or Mallory@BreakerStrength.com
Responsibilities & Duties of Coach to Client:
Breaker Coaches agree to act in accordance with Breaker’s Mission, Vision, and Values and make themselves available during designated class times or personal appointments to aid the client in maximizing their time at Breaker Strength.
Breaker Coaches will assume, unless promoted otherwise, that the Client is giving their best effort. While Breaker coaches strive to see things from ‘the other’s perspective’ they reserve the right to act swiftly and accordingly to protect the well-being of both the client and the community.
Responsibilities & Duties of Client to Coach:
Clients recognize that the needs of the group outweigh the needs of the individual and will act in a manner that supports class instruction. It is imperative that Clients avoid talking with each other, moving about the gym, or otherwise serving as a distraction while the Breaker Coach(es) are addressing the class.
Clients will listen attentively to Breaker Coaches, move through a full (pain free) range of motion, and recognize that coaching is not a negotiation. Breaker Coaches ensure you are moving safely and have your best interest in mind. However, it is the Client’s responsibility to listen to your body and clearly communicate injuries or limitations.
Clients understand that the Breaker Coaching Staff act only in the best interest of all Breaker Clients.
